Our Goals
Since 2013, thanks to the generous support of local donors, a committed volunteer team from the fire station at Panoli GIDC, working outside their daily firefighting duties, prepare fresh vegetarian meals each afternoon, rain or shine.
At 4:30 pm each day the meals are loaded and sent out, reaching hundreds of hardworking residents and daily-wage labourers who might otherwise skip a meal or spend money they cannot spare.

At the same time, many casual and migrant workers in the state earn very low daily wages. For instance, one report found that male non-agricultural workers in Gujarat earned as little as ₹ 273 per day on average.
These modest incomes mean that even minimal costs for food, transport or rest can tip the balance for workers living far from home or in informal employment.

The name FeedForward reflects a simple belief: by providing a warm, nutritious meal today, we help someone move further tomorrow. This isn’t just about immediate relief; it is about giving strength, continuity and hope, one meal at a time, to those who labour hard and whose efforts keep our community moving.

By taking one daily worry off their plate, the initiative allows workers to save a little more, send money home, spend on other essentials and focus more fully on their work without the constant burden of where their next meal will come from.
